Payments & Refund Policy

 

Consultation Sessions

MentroVert is one of its kind open platform that’s aims to help students get support and guidance to make the right career choices and help them take care of their Mental health. Keeping in view our goal of helping the students in every way we can, we have implemented a No questions asked refund policy when the student cancels a booked session before 2 hours of the scheduled session start. Detailed payments and refund policy is given below:

Payments:

  • All applicable payments should be made prior to availing MentroVert platform services.
  • The user's session booking(s) will not be confirmed until the payment is successfully received by MentroVert.
  • If you are accessing our services through a third-party or your organisation, beyond any sessions that might be offered to you as part of MentroVert's association with your organisation, the user's session booking(s) will not be confirmed till the payment is made to Mentrovert for any such sessions availed outside of the engagement with the partner organisation.

Fee Information:

  • For individual users, the fee per session is dependent on the selected career/Mental wellness expert.

Cancellation, Reschedule and Refund:

As an online Career/Mental wellness platform dedicated to students, MentroVert strives to provide the user with the best possible service for the best user experience. Keeping that in mind, MentroVert's cancellation and refund policy ensures the highest possible flexibility for the user as listed below:

The user has the flexibility to

  • Reschedule the session
  • Cancel the session
  • Claim a refund on the cancelled session

Session Reschedule

MentroVert provides the user with the flexibility to reschedule their sessions to a later time. Any rescheduling request will be processed based on the time at which the user requests MentroVert to reschedule with respect to the actual scheduled time of the session and is explained in the table below.

Needs to be booked as a new session and make payment for the same if applicable

 

Session Cancellation and Refund

 

Cancellation By The User

The user can cancel the session and claim a refund as follows:

  • Refund:- Session booking amount will be refunded to the source of payment used by the user while booking the session within 7-10 business days

The refund amount provided to the user will be based on when the cancellation was initiated and is explained in the table below.

Cancellation by MentroVert Expert

If the session is cancelled by the MentroVert expert, the student/user will get full refund of the amount paid rwithin 7-10 business days egardless of the time at which the cancellation was done.

Session Delayed/Technical Issues

If, due to an unforeseeable reason from MentroVert's end, a booked session is not completed in its entirety by the MentroVert expert, the user may write to MentroVert at info@mentrovert.com. Suitable resolution such as rescheduling the session or Refunds will be handled on a case-to-case basis.

Disputes regarding refunds/reschedule

Any disputes regarding refunds shall be admissible to the jurisdiction of relevant courts and procedures in the UT of Chandigarh only.
