I hold a PhD in Psychology from Panjab University, specializing in Child Psychology, Counselling, Consumer Psychology, and Research Methodology. Worked in various organizations as an Assistant Professor and has a diverse professional background. This includes roles as a psychologist at the New Generation Care Foundation, and assistant professorships at Ahmedgarh College, Chandigarh University Mohali and Amity University Mohali. Additionally, worked as a JRF at Punjab University Chandigarh. I have published extensively in UGC-care journals and presented research at numerous national and international conferences. Key publications include studies on parenting styles, negative emotions, and online shopping behaviors among adolescents. Active in professional development, I have attended various workshops and conferences, ranging from psychological trauma to statistical applications in research. With strong skills in data analysis, report writing, and teaching diverse student populations, I am also passionate about community service, having worked with NGOs to support underprivileged children and address social issues. Having worked closely with children and adolescents, I have developed a deep understanding of the unique challenges they face.
